Our Founders

Babu & Chelsea Guruvaiya

Babu, Chelsea, Grayson & Noah

Babu and Chelsea are cross-cultural missionaries. They met each other in 2014, while doing their respective mission work in Nairobi, Kenya. Babu is originally from India and Chelsea is from Iowa. This was a divine orchestration by God for how their paths  crossed and brought them together in the mission field. They got married right there in Kenya in 2015. Having seen the spiritual and physical poverty of people in underprivileged countries, their hearts were filled with compassion to help overcome the struggles of life they saw within the impoverished communities. They began to pray for God to use them to help the needy and poor.  As a result of these prayers, Fullness International was born and established as a non-profit to end spiritual and physical poverty. This is done by leading people to the fullness of life through sharing the good-news, supplying basic necessities, and empowering first generational leaders.

Ministry in USA

Babu and Chelsea relocated to the USA in 2017 after having served in Kenya over five years. Babu started serving as the senior pastor of Calvary Lighthouse Church in Omaha, Nebraska in 2018.  Chelsea serves as full time 7th grade Math and English teacher at a local school district in Omaha. They are both serving the local American church and ministering to many international communities, refugees, and immigrants. They are actively involved in reaching all communities with the Gospel and serving the poor, along with those who are in need here in the U.S.. Their main prayer and passion is to see revival sweep over the Midwest and claim America for Jesus! Revival is now!

Ministry in Kenya

Babu left India in 2012 having been audibly called by God to go Kenya as a missionary in 2007. He join the largest church in Nairobi, Kenya, known as Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM). There, he was a deputy senior pastor and missionary to  the CITAM Parklands campus, which draws a total of 2,000+ people for Sunday services. Babu trained and empowered the church to reach the most unreached South Asian population in Kenya.  He was involved heavily in reaching South Asians with the good-news, while pastoring the local African church. Chelsea served in  the Mathare slums as a Math and English teacher. She was helping kids learn, while also empowering impoverished women with skill training. Chelsea also helped Babu with pastoring the church and reaching out to the South Asian community. Their ministry was very fruitful and God added hundreds of souls to His kingdom during their time there. Babu and Chelsea are dedicated to continue work there by developing leaders and communities to experience fullness of life in Jesus!

Ministry in India

India is Babu's homeland, which has 1.4 billion people. He is passionate about reaching his own people with the good-news. While he was there, he served as village preacher, bible college teacher, children ministry development trainer, and a church planting training mobilizer. Through these divine adventures, he equipped 2,500 children workers, trained 220 church planters, and planted 440 home churches throughout South India. Babu still has burning desire to see Christ present there, hearts changed, and lives transformed by leading people to fullness of life. We continue to work in few states of India, teaching the good-news, helping the poor, and empowering first generational leaders.
